My 27th birthday

I celebrated my 27th birthday today. Although I am just so tired the whole day but having my hubby and daughter with me the whole day really brighten up this special day. Hubby is so sweet. He bought me a bouquet of my favourite flower - pink roses and of course a small cake. We went off for dinner at Kenny Rogers at Suntec City with my parents and brother. All of a sudden, I had a craving for the muffins there. We shall let the pictures do the talking.

I am pregnant again

Just found out that we will be expecting a baby Rat in August / September this year. I should be around 6 weeks pregnant now.

Still waiting for this information to sink in though. Initially wanted to have a Baby Ox but God has given us a Baby Rat and we will graciously accept. Kids are always a blessings no matter what. I just hope that this pregnancy will be a smooth one. Other than feeling very sleepy especially in the afternoon, I am experiencing very little MS. Hope it stays that way. Guess the main difference for this pregnancy is that I have an active toddler who needs to be constantly watched in case she's up to any mischief. I still cannot imagine her as an older sister to the newborn. She should be around 30 months by the time Baby Rat arrives. Hopefully she will be more independent by then and not like a koala sticking to me like anything.

As usual we do not have any preference for the gender of the baby. To us as long as the baby is healthy, we are happy. Meanwhile I will just take things one at a time. Apart from making sure that I eat right, I guess I can forgo many household chores. Hahaha..Good luck to hubby who will have to do the buck of everything now from changing bedsheets to seeing to the needs of little monster when he's at home. I will just rest and rest and rest. Hehehe

I finally cut my long hair. I am spotting a slightly shorter than shoulder length hair. Snipped a little of the fringe off. Will try to capture myself on pictures and post it here.

Happy New Year.

Went to Adrian's company for the countdown party with our little monster in toll. Guess she was pretty tired and slept just when the party was starting at around 9.30pm.

Bryan Wong was the host for the night. He really is a funny guy. They had a Dreams come True segment where one person from the audience was called onto stage and asked to tell the rest their dream and the amount they think would be enough to fulfil this dreams of theirs. The first lady was the luckiest. She wanted $100, 000. Thus she was asked by their company's CEO, Mr Sim to choose a number from 1 to 48 which was on the board on the stage. She chose number 23 and the amount was $120, 000. As the rules was set that if the number reflected was higher or equal to the amount choosen by the participant, he or she would be able to go home with the amount that she had indicated at the very beginning. So she walked home with an amount of $100, 000. And from the audience, if they had indicated that amount that was reflected behind the number from the board (in this case $120, 000) from their coloured cards, they would be able to get the amount that the contestant had won. So 5 persons walked home with $20,000 each. Lucky people.

If the amount indicated behind the number is smaller that what the contestant had asked for, he or she would walk away with a goodie bag. The audience whose card also indicated the amount behind the number would also walk away with a goodie bag as well. Just so happened that 2nd contestant did not walk away with any cash but with a goodie bag. The amount behind the number was $8,000. As I had indicated that I want only $8,000 on my coloured card, we walked away with a goodie bag as well.

Was so tired from all the laughing and my back was aching a lot as I was carrying a sleeping Sabrina. Adrian sent us back first and went back to his office again as their CEO still had a long lecture for them. By the time everything ended , it was almost 4.30am. He reached home around 5am. Anyway, we were all so tired that we woke up only around 10plus this morning.

Went off to Ikea at Tampines and then to Giant where we saw Sandra and Kheng Soon doing some grocery shopping as well. Left for dinner around 5plus and reached home around 7plus. Died tired.
